My intuition said Marlon Brando from "On the Waterfront," but the hair is too long.

I thought Brando as well (though I am always hesitant to throw out 'ideas' because once the seed gets planted, you have trouble seeing anything else).

There's a film called "The Missouri Breaks" where the hair would be in the ballpark, and there's "the bathroom scene" in it where Brando is in a bathtub where his hair would get wet. But in the photo, he has a shirt on. Also, what is the white thing below his nose, and is that a scar on his nose, or just a clump of hair?
